A fantastic, modern open-plan concept extends across the ground floor and upper floor. The ground floor has been designed as a 140m² loft, where socialising and family gatherings take centre stage: living, cooking and dining merge seamlessly. A guest room, a bathroom (with window) and a guest toilet (with window) have been retained. The entire ground floor faces the sea and the coast. The upper floor houses the other three full bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (with windows).

Each of the bedrooms has its own private terrace. The fifth bedroom is connected by a door to one of the main bedrooms. Ideal, for example, for use as a living room. Also on the upper floor, all the rooms in the house offer a fantastic frontal view of the sea and the coastal villages, which paint spectacular pictures, especially at night, during a full moon or even at sunset. All the bedrooms are very spacious, each bed measures 180 x 200 cm and the bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes. The fully equipped designer kitchen is a dream for any cook: all the appliances are  from the best German manufacturers. From the coffee machine to the dishwasher, including the oven with steam function and the 6-ring induction hob, you will find everything you could wish for. The kitchen is equipped with everything from plates to wine glasses, toaster, juicer and blender.

The main south-west facing terrace measures 300m². Here you will also find the new heated swimming pool (additional costs), which proudly invites you to take a dip with its 12m by 3.5m size. The pool has an electric cover to protect it from dirt or debris. The outdoor dining area has a table for up to 12 people for large barbecues. This dining area is covered with a flexible pergola that provides shade or sun when needed.

The comfortable sun loungers surrounding the pool invite you to relax and unwind. In the basement of the house there is a private fitness area next to a pool table and a table tennis table. Private parking for up to six cars on the property. The villa was completely renovated in 2018/2019.
