The villa features open staircases, elevated terrace areas, an open sand area as a design element, and other architectural features that may pose an increased safety risk for very active children. The sand area also contains irrigation lines for the palm trees and electrical lines for the palm lighting; it is not intended as a play area. Optional and free stair gates are available. The photos of the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor areas clearly show the open layout; families should take this into consideration, especially for children in a highly active, movement-intensive phase.

The outdoor areas are intentionally open and offer wide views over the Atlantic. La Gomera is almost always visible; on clear days La Palma appears, and El Hiero sometimes shows itself like a special gift on the horizon. During the calm months of May and early summer, the terraces and garden areas feel especially serene, with warm temperatures, gentle breezes and quiet surroundings — perfect for reading, relaxing, working remotely or simply enjoying the panoramic views. Outdoor linen curtains at the lounge and outdoor dining areas allow full privacy when needed and create a flexible atmosphere between openness and retreat. During cooler evenings, the fireplaces transform the terraces into warm, sheltered spaces. The movable fireplace allows additional scenarios, from a cosy reading corner to an atmospheric outdoor dinner. On the garden terrace, the view extends over the putting green and the Mediterranean–tropical garden landscape up to Roque del Conde. On the sky-level terrace, outdoor linen curtains also provide optional sun protection or added privacy. The living spaces themselves are not overlooked and offer clean lines, abundant light and high-quality materials. Indoors, guests have access to a private bar, a 98” QLED-TV cinema area with Dolby Surround, a gym with selected training equipment and a Sonos sound system. The Sonos system is also available on all terraces, creating a seamless sound atmosphere throughout the indoor and outdoor areas.
